    Bert Heeringa has been with Canadian Tire for 28 years and still loves going to work everyday. From his time going to school , when he arrived in Toronto with one suitcase and $150 and now running a large retail operation , he understands the importance of standing out from the crow d.. Owning his own Canadian Tire store puts him in the position to influence the community. He has overcome many challenges including self doubt, personal debt and a marriage breakdown. He has managed to succeed where others told him he had no chance. He's full of good humour, wide-ranging experiences, strategies for success and great stories.

She was a small town girl who's become a top performer in her field and is now confident in assessing situations, making decisions and tackling challenges wherever she finds them, whether in corporate board rooms  or on rock faces of Ut ah.. She went through school and got all A's but left having no idea what she wanted to do.  finding herself working at Shoppers Drug Mart and wondering  if she's sold herself short.  She 's now a  successful ( top 4 in the company) investment advisor for Odlum Brown, a longtime  investment Vancouver-based  firm. She helps investors grow their financial resources.
